Personality:
Willful at times and coming across as even flippant, Sato takes his work as a Keeper seriously and makes an active effort to ensure that incoming Keepers are properly trained so as to avoid causing undue harm to the others as well as civilians. He can seem uncaring, but will also be one of the first to rush back to the aid of his subordinates even at the risk of straining himself. Easygoing as he can typically aware when not on a job/not actively in the field, Sato is fairly pragmatic and will make calls that put safety and efficiency first even at the cost of the other's personal feelings.
There is some implication and hinting that he lowkey enjoys using his abilities to traumatize others, namely the younger generation.
Abilities:
Backtagging: I am very backtag friendly as I reply slowly when classes are in full swing/my health nosedives.
Canon Points: I'm flexiblee to write him pre or post training arc for Tokio.
Limitations & Permission: I am aware that Sato's abilities are fairly invasive and can be considered god-modding at times, so I do want to put it out there that unless the meme/thread calls for it: He won't be throwing his psychic abilities around willy-nilly.
Smutwise, I will NOT write that content with any minors, whether they be muns or muses.
Cross-canon & Assumed CR: I am okay with both, the latter is meme/interaction dependent.
Threadjacking: Okay for non-serious threads, ask first for full on para/serious interactions.
Triggers: I personally do not have any, but Sato has very few limits in regards to the things he's going to force someone to experience with his psycho share ability. Potential triggers include insects, immense body horror, torture, and etc.

- Close Range Combat - While not nearly as savvy as some of his compatriots, Sato can still hold his own to a decent level.
- Psycho Share - Sato's strongest ability as a Choujin. He is a powerful psychic who can confer images, sounds, and full-on experiences into another person to the point where it affects their five senses. He utilizes this ability to brief others, or it can be used as an offensive methods by forcing large amounts of unpleasant information into a person all at once or traumatizing experiences into another. It should be said, however, that spreading his powers over a wide range even with technological aid to boost this ability as seen when he conveys information to an entire assembly greatly wears him out and causes him a nosebleed.
- Raise - Sato can 'die' and heal all wounds and injuries instantly, a standard ability for most Choujin.
- Telepathy - Part of his ability set as a psychic Choujin, he can communicate with others over a long distance.
- He is very much book/internet/lore savvy, which leads to a creative mind that can allow him to force others to experience some pretty god-awful things. And he lowkey enjoys doing it.
- Sato's pain tolerance is incredibly high, to the point that when dismembered from the waist down and in losing his arms, he calmly muses that the other can't seem to use 'Raise'.
